I am not young or male. 

Judo and especially Fighting Fitness Judo has a unique way of making everyone feel welcome and capable. 

I am under no illusion, I am never going to be an Olympic Champion ... but, I love it. 

I feel fitter and stronger than ever before. 

Head Coach Vince manages to break techniques down into really clear ideas and manageable movements which allows me to do them on people bigger and stronger than myself. 

Everyone who trains here has their own motivation, but I love the community, the work out and the confidence it gives me.

At Fighting Fitness Judo we teach Martial Arts to 100's of people every week and we know we can help you become strong, confident, healthy & happy

The adult program includes complete beginners through to black belts and focusses on self defence skills, physical fitness and ensuring you can get up in the morning to head to work. 

Our program is different, we don't just teach you techniques, we teach people how to utilise their opponents strength and energy against them. We enable you to feel confident in your ability and knowledge.

 

Judo is a physical sport involving learning how to throw, fall and defend ourselves when we are on the floor. These physical skills help us develop respect for ourselves and others. Participants understand that these skills are only to be used in the dojo.
